The Need
“Ireland has 72 towns with populations of more than 5000 that remain without any gospel-centered church.” (The Gospel Coalition)

It is estimated the Ireland is only 1.5% evangelical - the lowest churched English-speaking country in the world.

Our vision
"To put our hands to the pump and see the River of God flow through Ireland again".
How: GO and learn the culture, build relationships, cover the land in prayer, and sow our lives in long-term.
Partnership | We are partnering with Pastor Paul Cullen at Discovery Church in Galway as a mutually beneficial relationship to guide us in our integration into the Irish community and to bolster their vision of planting a church every 3 years. Pastor Paul has already started 1 church plant in Tuam north of the main campus and the 2nd is in very early stages in Clifden. We are sent by Harvest Church and coming alongside Discovery Church to continue our development as church-planters.

Clifden | We have our hearts and vision set on the small, coastal town of Clifden. Population: 1,500. It is referred to as the proverbial capitol of the rural but vast "Connemara region" which encompasses a total of 32,000 people in this low-density population area of west Ireland. We will be setting in Clifden to integrate into the small community with our family. Currently, the "baby church" plant has a handful of faithful attendees weekly. We want to come alongside the team there add our strength, investment, and pastoral care. We recognize the culture gap is our biggest hurdle upon arriving in a new country and that will be our focus for the first few months as we settle in, with the vision to take the lead of pastoring the church and growing it into a life-giving, Spirit-filled body of Christ.
